Return and Refund Policy

At Eltierra, your satisfaction is important to us.

Please note that we fulfill all orders via our trusted marketplace partners, Noon and Amazon.

Accordingly, our return and refund policies follow the guidelines of these marketplaces.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation from Noon or Amazon) is required to process a return.

All returns must be initiated through the marketplace platform (Noon or Amazon) where the purchase was made.

How to Initiate a Return

Noon Orders: Please request a return through your Noon account or contact Noon customer support.
Amazon Orders: Please initiate a return through your Amazon account’s order section.

Each platform’s return process and acceptance criteria may apply.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by Noon or Amazon, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.
Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days after approval by the marketplace.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or damaged products not due to shipping issues are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return, depending on the marketplace’s policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Please report it immediately through Noon or Amazon’s platform.
Alternatively, you can contact support@eltierra.com, and our team will assist you in coordinating with the marketplace to resolve the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank.
